About Us

Imagine a company-wide retreat: a sea of polished executives, each armed with flawless slide decks - and no one daring to share anything real. As the facilitator I felt the unspoken tensions, waiting for that breakthrough spark - it never came. That's when it hit me: there's a huge gap between curated personas and authentic leadership. That moment rewrote my playbook.


I’ve spent 20 years at Deloitte, EY, and as Chief People Officer in scale-ups and private equity firms, building HR functions from the ground up and guiding C-suite teams through seismic pivots, M&A integrations, and culture shifts. I architected workforce strategies, led M&A culture integrations, and coached leaders from first-time managers to CEOs, always pairing hard data with human connection, and fearless questions with practical frameworks.


Today, as founder of Dynamic Alchemy Advisors, I help leaders drop the mask, amplify their unique strengths, and turn deep connection into strategic advantage.
