Her work sits at the intersection of human behavior and business performance, guiding executives through growth, conflict, and organizational transformation with clarity, discretion, and a deeply grounded approach to leadership.
Her career spans Deloitte, EY, and executive roles inside private equity and luxury real estate, including serving as Chief People Officer for a $500M+ North American platform. Laurie has led HR for 600+ employees and supported over 6,000 agents, architected multi‑year workforce strategies, and guided organizations through M&A integrations, culture shifts, and the complex people dynamics that determine whether strategy succeeds or stalls.
As a trusted advisor, she works behind the scenes with C-Suite, and high‑performing teams who rely on her ability to translate corporate‑level strategy into practical, human systems that elevate performance, strengthen culture, and help top performers grow without burning out. She has reduced project turnaround times, strengthened enterprise capability, and helped leaders see clearly where intention and impact diverge.
Previously, Courtenay led Learning Operations and Performance at Deloitte Canada, where she oversaw national learning technology and measurement strategy. She brings a rare combination of data fluency and deep respect for human performance, helping leaders build systems that scale without losing what makes them effective.

He has led the optimization of lead-to-revenue flows and implemented scalable tech stacks across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zendesk. His work consistently brings clarity where complexity has accumulated, aligning teams, tools, and decision-making so growth is intentional rather than reactive.
